Shipping, Receiving & Returns

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you would like us to bill your shipping account please add that information to the order instructions box on our checkout page and we will remove the shipping charges from your invoice before we apply the payment.

Receiving Packages

Please make sure to inspect all packages both for number and damage, prior to signing for them.  If there is damage please note when you sign. If the shipment (BOL) indicates 1 of 2 . . . make sure you have all packages you are signing for.   When a shipment is signed for free and clear there is no option to file freight claim and no reimbursement for damaged or missing items.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and is issued as store credit. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our instructions to do so.

Additional non-returnable items:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Once your return is Authorized we will send you instructions on where to send it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our instructions to do so.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
